Novelty Hill 2025 Maidenhair

60% Sémillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc

Named after the Pacific Northwest native Maidenhair Fern, this reserve white blend is fermented and aged for six months in a combination of lightly toasted French oak barrels and cocciopesto, an ancient Mediterranean vessel crafted from clay, sand, and stone. Cocciopesto allows the wine to breathe gently through subtle micro-oxygenation, while uniquely preserving the fruit’s pure expression and enhancing texture.
